Let’s talk a little bit about Cherrynutz…
First of all : choosing the name
Well choosing the name wasn’t as easy as it may seem like. Actually, it was one of the hardest parts. I wanted a name that caught people’s attention.. but that also wasn’t so complicated and was original. I first thought of something like, Blackberry, Blueberry, Cherrypress, Applepress, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Raisin ( and aaall the types of fruits! =P ). Then I went to something like Disturbia, Unbreakable, Storm, Rain, Snow, Breeze.. but these, just like the others, weren’t available and didn’t sound like what i wanted. So I started looking for something that ended with “nutz” .. and after some thinking i finally got to Cherrynutz.
Creating and choosing what the website would be about
Creating the website was also hard.. ’cause it took a long time ’til i finished the layouts that i’ve prepared for it. I wanted this website to be about design and art. Not in the way that i’ll talk about these things .. but it’s a pretty nice subject and it’s something i’m really interested in. So i’ll probably enjoy creating some new layouts, backgrounds and stuff.
